A valid e-mail address is required for electronic submission; you may request that it not be published, if you wish.
To prevent duplication and confusion, please do not submit a listing unless you are authorized to do so by your club or organization. Submit corrections only via e-mail; do not resubmit using the electronic form. In your e-mail, state the date of your show and your club's name, then give the old information and the new text to replace it. Duplicate submissions will be discarded.
